Miss Dianne
Dianne Stoffel-Duley is the owner of Dance Unlimited, but had taught at the studio since 1994 when it was Barbara Lynn's and then Footnotes. She began dancing at the age of five at Miss Bonnie's School of Dance in Del Rio, Texas. After moving to Buda, Miss Dianne took dance at Barbara Lynn's Dance Studio, became a Jack C. Hays Highstepper and served as an officer on the dance team for two years. Miss Dianne graduated cum laude from SWT in May of 1997 with a degree in Exercise Sports Science-Dance with secondary teacher's certification. Throughout her college years she continuously taught at Barbara Lynn's Dance Studio/Footnotes Dance Studio, while also teaching for Sunshine Generation Performing Group, Hermann Son's Dance in Lockhart and Children's World Learning Center. Miss Dianne has training in tap, ballet, jazz, lyrical, gymnastics, Cecchetti, modern dance and Pointe and experience adjudicating regional dance competitions. Her business accomplishments include winning the Small Business of the Year Award, being nominated for the Business Person of the Year by the Buda Area Chamber of Commerce for 2004 and being recognized for her outstanding contributions as a Hays County Woman Entrepreneur. She has a very wonderful and supportive husband, Brian and two adorable children, Kayla and Brenden.

Mr. Jake
Mr. Jake Arrendondo was born and raised in Kyle, TX. At the age of 10 the world of street hip-hop was opened to him through friends, family, and professionals. His way of learning as a child was really just seeing and doing, and that's one great way a child can be taught. Then at the age of 15 a wise friend of his showed me some amazing hip action moves which in fact happened to be Latin ballroom, "I've never taken Latin ballroom classes but I have been taught by professional ballroom dancers and because of their help I'm now able to teach others dances such as Salsa, Mambo, Cha-Cha, Samba, Jive and Flamenco". At the age of 18 he was introduced to ballet under the direction of Katherine Grote at the Point Dance Studio and at the age of 19 had the honor of dancing with River City Ballet in productions such as "The Nutcracker" and "Graduation Ball". He has always been the dancer with a huge imagination and child like qualities. He is excited to see people learning to dance.

Miss Beth
Miss Beth Bisett has been teaching dance for over 35 years and has served as our pointe and pre-pointe instructor since 1998. Beth grew up in Tyler, Texas where she studied ballet, jazz, tap, and musical theatre under Utah Ground, teacher and mentor to Tommy Tune and Sandy Duncan on their way to Broadway. Beth also studied and performed at TJC, TCU, Lon Morris, SWTSU, and NWLSU. While at SWTSU, she received a best actress nomination for her portrayal of "Peter Pan." Beth has acquired numerous credits choreographing productions for SWTSU, San Marcos Children's Theatre, San Marcos High School, and Alamo Heights High School, most notably, Fiddler on the Roof, Oklahoma, Carousel, Guys and Dolls, The Music Man, and The Fantasticks (with 2007 Tony winner Julie White). Beth received her certification in 2008 for giving instruction in Classical Stretch - The Esmonde Technique(as seen on PBS).

Miss Kayla
Miss Kayla Cox graduated from Hays High School in 2011 and was a varsity cheerleader. Miss Kayla has also been cheering competitively for 8 years. She began our Power Tumbling program two years ago and loves working with beginning to advanced level students, as well as her young cheerleaders!

Miss Ana
Miss Ana Delgado was born in Monterrey, México. She started dancing when she was in kindergarten in Monterrey. She and her family moved to Texas when she was five and stared dancing when she was seven years old and have been dancing since then. She was in the dance team for 5 years and was an assistant dance teacher for 3 years. She also has been an office assistant for a year. She has dance experience in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical and Pointe. She graduated in 2010 from Lehman high school and was the first student from Lehman to win the St.Davids Neal Kocurek Scholarship. She attended UTSA her freshman year of college and is now a student at Texas State. She is pursuing a degree in nursing to become a pediatric nurse practitioner.

Miss Mary
Mary Doerr is a Junior at the University of Texas pursuing a degree in Kinesiology. She comes to Dance Unlimited with much experience! In addition to performing all over the world, including traveling to China and Germany with the North Carolina Youth Tap Ensemble for 10 years, Mary has choreographed numerous award winning tap, novelty, and modern dances for companies and teams all over Texas. Prior to her professional work, Mary was the Captain of her high school drill team, Wakeland's Legacy Line, in Frisco Texas. Currently she works for American Dance/Drill Team, Lone Star Dance Center, and is a ballroom dance TA at the University of Texas.

Miss Amy
Miss Amy Eckhardt began teaching with us in 2002 and began our hip-hop program. She began dancing in high school as a member of the Jack C. Hays Highsteppers. Her senior year Miss Amy had the honor of serving as Drill Team Captain. She began teaching dance at Barton Junior High where she implemented a successful dance program. Miss Amy shares a lot with Dance Unlimited, including her experience caring for and raising children and her hip-hop and jazz abilities. She is also trained in tap, ballet and lyrical. She has three beautiful children Kelsi, Taylor, and Paige and an amazing husband, Troy.

Miss Stephanie
Miss Stephanie Galow has been teaching at Dance Unlimited since June 2006. She has been dancing for 22 years and has been a dance instructor for 11 years. Her training began at Taylor Dance Studio in Nederland, Texas, and continued at Amy Dufour's Dance Center and Cynde Lomonte's Dance Dimensions in Sugar Land, Texas. At Dance Dimensions, Stephanie won many top awards competing as a soloist and in small and large groups. She graduated from Dulles High School in 2004 and was on the Dulles Dolls Dance Team for 3 years. She had the honor to be Captain her senior year. On the dance team she received many awards as a soloist, and led her team to top awards in officer and large team divisions. Stephanie's training includes ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, modern, contemporary, hip-hop, novelty, gymnastics, cheer, and drill team. She graduated in 2008 with a degree in Elementary Education and graduated in 2009 with her Masters in Curriculum and Instruction, from Texas State University. Stephanie is currently a third year 3rd grade teacher at Negley Elementary. Stephanie has always had a passion for dance and is ecstatic to have the opportunity to inspire and teach her students.

Miss Hannah
Miss Hannah Hallmark has been dancing with us since she was 2 years old. She started out at Barbara Kay's School of Dance at the age of 2 and continued to dance when the studio became Footnotes and then Dance Unlimited. She was on our 3-D dance team for 9 years until she joined the high school drill team. Her senior year she was a Lieutenant on the Hays HighSteppers. Miss Hannah has training in ballet, tap, jazz, gymnastics, lyrical and drill team. She has been an office assistant for over a year and a substitute instructor. Hannah is now attending The University of Texas at Austin where she is majoring in Radio-Television-Film.

Miss Erica
Miss Erica Howie started dancing at the age of 5 at Jackie's Performing Arts and continued throughout elementary school. During middle school she tried other performing arts but found her true love was dance and in high school joined the drill team and assisted teaching dance classes. She attended Texas State University and majored in Dance with teacher's certification. During college she was in the modern dance company Orchesis for 2 years and was a dancer and choreographer in 8 other dance concerts. She graduated with honors in May 2010 and has been working at Dance Unlimited for the past year teaching ages two through adult. She also does some choreography work for a drill team in the surrounding area. Miss Erica is trained in ballet, jazz, modern, tap, hip hop, contemporary, and creative movement.

Miss Shawn
Miss Shawn Matesic-Dykes has been one of Dance Unlimited's leading preschool dance instructors since 1999. She started dancing when she was three years old at Barbara Lynn's Dance Studio. As she worked her way up she eventually became a member of the award winning Dance Etc. Dance Company in Oak Hill. In high school Miss Shawn was a Jack C. Hays Highstepper for two years. She has many years of studio, collegiate, and professional convention training in tap, ballet, Cecchetti, jazz, lyrical, modern, and Pointe. When she is not at the studio Miss Shawn is a professional hairstylist. However, her love for teaching has made evident her amazing ability to give young children the gift of dance and music.

Miss Laura
Miss Laura Osburn joined the Dance Unlimited staff in 2010 and introduced our new acrobatics program. Laura was trained through the “Dance Masters of America” DMA method of acrobatics and thus follows it’s strict syllabus. She enjoys watching her acrobatics students excel so quickly through agility, strength, body awareness and beautiful skills, quickly giving themselves a sense of achievement. Ms. Osburn is uniquely qualified for working with young dancers; beyond her love for dance, she began formal dance training and knew its joy at age two at Dancer's Workshop in Austin, Texas. At age 12 she enrolled at American Dance Academy and immediately became a soloist with the Children's Dance Theatre of Austin where she participated in numerous competitions and formal performances. She began teaching at the age of 13 under the guidance of Linda Walters and Patricia Toth. To her credit are numerous awards for Acrobatics, Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Lyrical and Tap which lends the strength and talent to her career to train others. Her formal training was obtained and tested through the renowned Cecchetti Method of Ballet, often using her summers for attendance in extensive workshops in Michigan. Ms. Osburn incorporates her various learned methods with those of her original instructor, a gifted former professional ballerina with the New York City Ballet. Miss Laura taught at the former Pointe Dance Studio in San Marcos where she served as assistant director of both the studio and River City Dance Theatre for over 10 years. Impassioned by the desire to share the art of dance with children and patrons alike, Laura views her gift as a great blessing and loves serving young dancers in this way. Laura is married to her wonderful husband Todd, together they make their home with their beautiful children, 18 year old son, Hunter and 15 year old daughter, Kristyn.

Miss Lindsey
Miss Lindsey Prichard began at the age of two at Debbie Bennett Green School of Dancing in Victoria, TX. She was a member of the Debbie's Dazzlers, competing since she was in the 2nd grade. Miss Lindsey moved on to the Stutters, a junior high drill team, and held the position of 1st lieutenant. She graduated with honors from Victoria Memorial High School, where she proudly participated on their drill team, The Victoriadores. Miss Lindsey received the titles of 3rd junior lt. and 1st senior captain. She was named National Champion with her duet, trio, officer ensembles, team kick, team jazz, team open, team military, team hip hop, team show production, and was an ADTS High Kick Finalist her senior year. She graduated from Texas State University in 2011 with a degree in Dance, and a minor in Business administration. Miss Lindsey has always had a passion for dance and is very grateful for the opportunity to share it with all of her students.

Miss Karrie
Miss Karrie Tower is a graduate of Texas Tech University. She has been married to her husband Kevin for 20 years and has three wonderful kids, Sydney, Cobey and Krew. The Tower children have been dancing at Dance Unlimited for 8 years. This is Karrie's second year teaching. She teaches cheer and gymnastics and works in the office.

Miss Erin
Miss Erin Wieser has been dancing with Dance Unlimited since she was five years old. She was on the 3-D Dance Team for five years and assisted team technique I for two years. She is trained in jazz, tap, ballet, lyrical/contemporary, pointe, Latin ballroom, and drill team. She is a senior at Jack C. Hays High School and the captain of the Highstepper Dance Team. Miss Erin looks forward to teaching two classes of her own this year and hopes to see you there!

Miss Gina
Miss Gina Reese's first of three dancers enrolled at Dance Unlimited in 1998. Having many years of experience with Dance Unlimited she transitioned to the Office Manager position in 2005. Miss Gina has a strong background as an Office Manager and Bookkeeper.
